WEST SYSTEM set with resin and hardener
WEST SYSTEM set with resin and hardener
WEST-SYSTEM universal resin (type 105) is used as the base material for all applications. This is a slightly amber-colored, low-viscosity, liquid epoxy resin that is mixed with various hardeners. In the majority of cases, hardener type 205 is used for fast curing (pot life 10-15 min. at 25 °C). For large-area work, the slow hardener type 206 (pot life 20-30 min. at 25 °C) is recommended.For further product information, please download the detailed processing instructions under "Downloads & Information". Complete containers with resin and hardener as well as individual components are available. When using the product for the first time, it is essential to order the appropriate dosing pumps, as epoxy work requires a high degree of mixing accuracy.The mixing ratio by volume for the standard hardeners (type 205 and 206) is 5:1.
