Withdraw from an online sales contract

Information on withdrawing your order

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract concluded online within the statutory withdrawal period. The withdrawal period is generally 14 days; in the case of goods deliveries, it usually begins when the goods are received. The legal basis for the right of withdrawal is Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

On this page, we provide an electronic withdrawal function. This withdrawal function is provided in accordance with Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB) for distance contracts concluded online.

For identification purposes, we require the order number of the order to which the withdrawal relates, as well as your e-mail address for the confirmation of receipt. After submission, a copy of the withdrawal received by us will be sent to you automatically.
