STEINER NAVIGATOR Binoculars with or without compass
Compact marine binoculars with a rugged Makrolon® housing. The open bridge, combined with a special, water-repellent, wave-patterned rubber armoring, improves handling even under challenging conditions.
Once adjusted, the STEINER Auto-Focus consistently delivers razor-sharp images with 3D brilliance from 20 meters to infinity—without the need for refocusing. The 7x magnification ensures steady images, allowing you to identify buoys, beacons, and bridge numbers even in rough seas.
The expanded field of view simplifies safe navigation when entering the harbor or in similarly confined environments, such as when passing under bridges.
The nitrogen-pressurized filling prevents fogging on the inside.
The binoculars are very robust: they can withstand impacts of up to 11G. The prisms are mounted on floating bearings to absorb shocks. The binoculars are pressure-waterproof up to 5 m and can be used in a temperature range from -20 to +70 °C.
Available with objective lens diameters of 30 or 50 mm and, optionally, with a liquid-damped, illuminated compass.
