Outside ring of stainless steel ( D = 25mm).
The wheels show high-quality workmanship:
The six turned spokes and the rims are laminated and screwed to a rim band.
The rim band is wood.
The hub is covered by a semicircular cap made from chromed brass.
The hub works with a special black DELRIN-plastic adaptor to allow the wheel to work with virtually all geared and hydraulic steering systems.
The standard adaptor (1400-005) works for MORSE/TELEFLEX/ULTRAFLEX or VETUS MT30/50.
