No outer ring.Important ordering information: In the standard version the hub will be drilled or tapered appropriate to the cone of the steering system according to the specifications of the customer before the manufacture of the wheel in the factory.Please count on a delivery time of at least one week.Alternatively there are steering wheels with adaptors made from DELRIN and aluminium available, see the link below.
