Replacement filter inserts are available for all diesel filters in the SEPAR 2000 series. The type 00530 is fitted as standard in the widely used SWK-2000/5 filter and is supplied with new purchases. The cellulose filter separates particles up to 30 µm from the fuel. If you want to use the SWK 2000 as a finer main filter, for example because there is no second filter directly attached to the machine, filter elements down to 10 µm are also available.

Description

Replacement filter inserts are available for all diesel filters in the SEPAR 2000 series. The type 00530 is fitted as standard in the widely used SWK-2000/5 filter and is supplied with new purchases. The cellulose filter separates particles up to 30 µm from the fuel. If you want to use the SWK 2000 as a finer main filter, for example because there is no second filter directly attached to the machine, filter elements down to 10 µm are also available.

Diesel fuel filter SEPAR 2000
The SEPAR 2000 is a tried and tested water separator and filter for diesel fuels, made in Germany.A patented, multiple centrifugal system effectively separates and filters out water and dirt particles.The filters are compact and easy to maintain, as filter changes are carried out from above. There is no need to remove the plastic sight glass and its diesel contents. Tested by TÜV, GL, BV, RINA and others.Construction: Filter housing made of coated aluminum, clear plastic bowl with drain tap for separated water.The backwashing process extends the service life of the filter element. The SEPAR 2000 is supplied with a 30 µm filter element as standard , but finer 10 µm filters are also available.Available as a single filter or as a fully assembled double filter system with changeover tap.To connect the filter, the appropriate screw connections with O-ring seals and possibly hose nipples should also be ordered (see matching articles).

Accessories for diesel fuel filter SEPAR 2000
Connection fittings and matching hose nipples are available for the SEPAR 2000 diesel filters.The SEPAR 2000 filters are adapted to the pipework system using the straight fittings with cutting ring. Sealing is provided by a pre-assembled O-ring.As an alternative to fixed pipework, the hose nipples listed in the table (straight or 90°) can also be connected to the screw fitting.The following parts are available as spare parts:Gasket set(1x lid gasket, 1x bleed valve gaskt, 2x blind screw gasket, 1x bowl gasket, 1x drain valve gasket) - 2 gasket sets must be ordered for double filter systems.Filter lidM6 bleed valveBowl (transparent plastic or aluminium).The transparent plastic bowl has the advantage that the water level and the degree of contamination of the collection area can be assessed even without sensors.The metal bowl is suitable for heavier use and is more resistant to temperature and chemicals.
