The ANWB Wateralmanak 1 in its current version is mandatory equipment in the Netherlands. BSH publication 2155 ‘Radio service for small craft and recreational craft’ (formerly yacht radio service) is intended for vessels that are NOT subject to the equipment requirements of the SOLAS Convention but are equipped with a radio system/radio receiver, Navtex or GPS.The German-language summary of the official publications contains information on weather and warning services, search and rescue services, radio medical advice, telecommunications and radio location services for German and directly adjacent coastal waters in the North Sea and Baltic Sea.
