The deck and rigging are made of wood - the deck is also clear varnished and the sail is made of robust polyester cloth. The boat is delivered unrigged and the mast is easy to attach. Instructions for adjusting the sail are included on the packaging. 

The model boats are handmade in Germany by the company Günther GmbH.
