Historically the boatswain's call was used to pass commands to the crew when the voice could not be heard over the sounds of the sea.The pipe consists of a narrow tube (the gun) which directs air over a metal sphere (the buoy) with a hole in the top. The player opens and closes the hand over the hole to change the pitch. Available with polished or nickel-plated surface. Instructions for using the whistle are included.The brass whistle is delivered with a chain. The nickel-plated version is delivered without a chain.

The DRY-BAG dehumidifier is a reusable moisture absorber designed to regulate humidity in enclosed spaces such as boat cabins, technical compartments, storage areas or motorhomes. It protects equipment, electronics and materials from condensation, mould and corrosion. The bag absorbs moisture from the surrounding air and retains it safely within the granules – completely drip-free and without the need for a collection tray.Simply place or hang the bag in the area to be protected – such as the cabin, bilge, lockers or engine room. Moisture absorption starts immediately. Once saturated, the bag can be regenerated by heating it in an oven at about 130 °C for 1–3 hours and then reused. Our teak name boards can be individually engraved, e.g. with the ship's name. The letters are milled into the wood by machine. The engraving service can only be ordered in combination with one of our a teak nameplate (see "Accessories & Spare Parts"). A mosquito net for hatches of all standard sizes and brands. It is tight enough to protect against even the smallest insects (midges, sand flies, sand fleas, mosquitoes, wasps, etc.). Nevertheless, it allows good ventilation.The net has a thin, chrome-plated and foldable steel frame that keeps it under tension and expands it. When folded, it fits into a small bag and can be easily stowed away (‘pop-up’).The grille is attached to the hatch from the inside with a magnet or suction cup. For attachment using magnets, a small metal plate is attached to the inside of the hatch with double-sided adhesive tape (included in the delivery). The suction cup can be attached directly to glass.
