ENO No. 71673 All FORCE 10 stoves are equipped with a thermal sensor and an electric ignition on each gas burner.The thermocouples are sensors that only allow gas to escape from the valve when the flame is burning. As soon as the flame goes out - for example due to a gust of wind or boiling pots - the thermal sensor cools down and the gas supply is interrupted immediately.When igniting a gas burner, it should be noted that the thermocouple must first reach a certain temperature before the gas supply is released.
