Elegant and functional stainless steel retracting cleat.
When retracted, this strong folding cleat lies flat on the deck: thus it can't snag lines or trip crewmembers.
Massive cast stainless steel, hand-polished.

Built-in plastic rings prevent rattling and hold the cleat open - a recess allows quick opening.
Comes with mounting bolts, nuts and washers.
