The ULTRA MARINE TRIP HOOK chain catch hook is the ideal tool for releasing crossed anchor chains.

In crowded anchor bays or (Mediterranean) ports, it can quickly happen that your own anchor is jammed by another anchor chain or vice versa. With the Ultra Marine Trip Hook, the jammed anchor can be released safely and in a controlled manner - without diving.

The interfering chain is "caught" with the hook and lifted. After clearing the jammed anchor, the chain can be dropped again. To do this, the TRIP HOOK is lifted with a second line attached to the lower eye.

The solid hook is also made of A4 stainless steel (316L). Stainless and robust, it is made for many years of use on board.

The TRIP HOOK is available in the sizes small (UTH-S) and large (UTH-B) and is therefore suitable for yachts of all sizes.
