The housing is non-slip and allows the winch to be operated safely even when wet. The remote control is waterproof to IP67. See table below for dimensions.

There are two switches for up and down. The application speed, the applied chain length and the tension are shown on the LED display. The menu languages available are German, English, Italian, French and Spanish.

Electric windlass model TIGRES for boats up to 15 m in length from the renowned manufacturer LOFRANS. The housing is made of seawater resistant aluminum alloy and anodized silver.  The reversible electric motor for retrieving and freeing the chain has a powerful output of 1500 watts. The motor (IP66) is integrated in the windlass, so no motor installation below deck is necessary. The capstan head can be operated separately.
