1003*02 ROBLINE® SPUNFLEX Tauwerk 110 m-Spule/Trosse - Bild 3
An all-round rope made from the SPUNFLEX brand fibre. Proven for use on traditional vessels and gaff-rigged boats. Developed by the former Danish rope manufacturer ROBLON, this rot-resistant, textured PP film fibre rope is treated with a very high-quality UV stabiliser. Unlike other hemp-coloured synthetic fibres, the fibre is exceptionally UV-resistant.
Tied in a 3-strand tight lay, the rope is easy to splice and resembles Manila hemp rope in appearance. It is also buoyant, does not harden with use and has low stretch. We therefore recommend it for all heavily used lines and particularly for rope that is constantly exposed to the sun, e.g. all halyards, stretchers and sheets, and permanent mooring lines.
It is also very well suited for luff lines and jib halyards.
Colour: Manila brown.
Supplied in 110 m coils,
also available loose or on 220 m spools.
