ROBLINE® SPUNFLEX rope manilabrown, 110m-spool
An all-round rope made from the SPUNFLEX brand fiber. Proven for traditional ships and gaff sailors.
The rot-resistant polypropylene (PP) film fibre, equipped with a very high-quality UV stabilizer, guarantees a long service life and load-bearing capacity. In contrast to other hemp-colored synthetic fibers, this fiber is extremely UV-resistant.
With a 3-shaft lay, the rope is easy to splice and looks like rope made from Manila hemp. However, it is buoyant, does not harden in use and has little stretch. We therefore recommend it for all lines subject to heavy wear and especially for those that are constantly exposed to the sun, e.g. all halyards, spreaders and sheets and permanent mooring lines.
The rope is also very suitable for mooring ropes and maiden lines.
