The MARCO UPE pumps are electronically controlled freshwater gear pumps designed for pressurized onboard water systems. They deliver constant water pressure without pulsation, operate quietly, save space, and are suitable for multiple outlets.The MARCO UPE pumps are self-priming gear pumps with electronic speed control and smooth, gradual start-up. Their speed automatically adjusts to the water demand, eliminating pressure fluctuations and pulsation in the system. An accumulator tank is only required when using rigid or very short pipes or solenoid valves.The pump housings are made of nickel-plated brass, and the spindles are stainless steel. The durable PEEK gears ensure high pressure, quiet operation, and excellent temperature resistance. Integrated non-return valves are included as standard. The pumps support both 12 V and 24 V operation. Connections are BSP female threads, and each pump is supplied with matching stainless-steel hose tails.The electronic control enables soft start and stop, reducing power consumption and water waste while significantly extending component life — up to three times longer than comparable models. This self-priming bilge and deck wash pump is suitable for delivering sea water. It is completely made of bronze and stainless steel. Due to its hard-wearing industrial motor a longlasting and reliable operation is guaranteed. Before it is run for the first time it has to be filled with water. Furthermore it is advisable to install a socket safety valve or a foot operated valve into the suction pipe. The pump is non-reactive to sand (particle size up to 2 mm). The model 4 E is totally maintenance-free due to the use of a freely running impeller wheel and a very modern axial face seal.
