Powerful antifouling remover with gel consistency that quickly dissolves old coatings for easy scraping. Available at TOPLICHT.
YACHTCARE ANTIFOULING STRIPPER is a gel-like, highly effective remover for antifouling coatings. The product loosens existing antifouling layers in a short time, allowing them to be easily removed mechanically, without sanding. Due to its gel-like consistency, the material also adheres to vertical surfaces. Gelcoat and intact 2-component primer layers beneath the antifouling are not attacked.
Application:
Apply ANTIFOULING STRIPPER evenly to the surface using a wide brush. Then leave it to act for about 60 minutes up to a maximum of 2 hours. Scrape off the loosened paint layers with a spatula. Repeat the process if necessary until all coatings are removed. Collect paint residues and dispose of them properly. Protect adjacent surfaces.
For safety, it is recommended to wear protective gloves and goggles during application. Then thoroughly clean the surface with fresh water and allow it to dry completely.
