Handy yacht extant with half-view mirror. Made of seawater-resistant cast aluminium, anodized and stove-enamelled, with plastic handle. Available in two colors: black or ivory.
ZEISS lens with 3.2x magnification and 30mm aperture, distortion-free image thanks to high-quality, adjustable mirrors with tested flatness, five pivoting shadow glasses.
The yacht sextant is used for finding and calculating the position by measuring the elevation angle between the sighting lines ship-chimney and ship-star or by measuring the horizontal angle near the coast.
