The wind-driven Flettner TCX-2 rotary ventilator draws the stagnant air out of the interior and thus ensures a permanent air exchange and fresh room air. It is suitable for the ventilation of ships and boats and for all types of vehicles, as well as for the permanent ventilation of houses, tiny houses, cabins and containers. The principle of the fan is based on an invention by the German aeronautical engineer Anton Flettner from the 1920s. The manufacturer has redeveloped and optimized the TCX-2 fan. A circular cut-out of 186 mm (centered with the deck cut-out) is required in the cladding.
