Brass square hatch polished/chromed PLEXIGLAS
Comes with attached safety bars., alternatively without safety bars and with a latch that can be opened from the inside or outside (emergency exit as required by the CE).
All pieces are made from strong precision-cast brass.
The folding frame opens to variable heights employing two hatch stays that can be operated single-handed.
Locking:
Hatch with safety bars closes with two fasteners from inside,
Hatch without bars with locking mechanism to be operated from inside or outside.
Watertight seal of soft sponge rubber.
The mounting frame -- drilled to a depth of 12mm -- must be lined on decks with camber or sheer.
The hatches come with hardened UV-resistant Plexiglas (CE certified for design categories A to D, Area II), 5 mm thick.
