Description

The ME SENSE sensors can be used to complement your boat monitoring set or to customise a system to suit your personal needs.

Each of the sensors (except the shore power sensor), due to their small size and weight, can be easily attached exactly where needed with a strip of double-sided tape.

  • Frequency band: 2.400 - 2.4835 GHz
  • Supported modes: Bluetooth 5.0

ME SENSE Sensor Temperature

For monitoring temperature fluctuations of the battery (e.g. during winter storage) or the temperature in the engine compartment.

ME SENSE Sensor Humidity

High humidity and poor ventilation quickly lead to mould growth. To prevent this, the ME SENSE Humidity Sensor measures at regular intervals whether the humidity is within the desired range - if not, an alarm is sent via the ME SENSE app.

ME SENSE Sensor Bilge

The exposed float detects whether there is water in the bilge. During installation, the installation height is defined so that rising water in the bilge is detected and an alarm is given above a defined height.

ME SENSE Air Pressure Sensor

Take a look at the barometer on board from a distance. This way, rapid changes in air pressure are detected and there is still time to take the necessary measures before a possible storm.

ME SENSE Sensor Door

A magnetic contact determines whether a door or sliding hatch / bulkhead is closed or open. One of the two magnets is connected to the sensor by cable. The two magnets are attached to the door to be monitored and to the door frame in such a way that they close an electric circuit at a small distance from each other when the door is closed. This circuit is interrupted when the door is opened. The changed status "open" can trigger an alarm in the app.

ME SENSE Sensor Shore Power

The ME SENSE shore power sensor is simply plugged into a 230 V socket on board and integrated into the ME SENSE app via the QR code. This makes it possible to check whether shore power is available on board or not. It is not possible to control the socket via the app. Dimensions (L/W/D): 160 x 10 x 60 mm.

Each of the sensors can be easily connected to the central ME SENSE RELAY WiFi bridge. Simply scan the QR code shown with the ME SENSE app from Weatherdock and that's it. The download of the ME SENSE App is free of charge, a subscription is required for the registration of the sensors.

To set up the ME SENSE boat monitoring system, a pre-assembled set with two or four sensors is the first choice. You will find the two variants of the "ME SENSE Set" further down on this page under "Similar products".

Data transmission is possible via the marina WiFi or additionally via the mobile phone network. You will find the ME SENSE RELAY WiFi and the GATE LTE under "ME SENSE devices" further down on this page under "Similar products".
